圓鋼拋丸清理機
該系列設備采用拋丸工藝對工件表面進行表面除銹清理及強化，在拋丸清理室頂面集中布置拋丸器，根據圓鋼的形狀特點，采用斜置V 型輥輸送工件，使圓鋼、棒材在輸送的過程中邊直線前進邊繞軸線旋轉，從而使工件所有表面清理效果均一，使工件表面達到拋丸清理處理和拋丸強化的要求。整個設備設計緊湊，維修方便，并可根據用戶需要配置自動上卸料機構。
This series equipment is used for cleaning the rust and intensifying the surface of the workpiece.It is arranged impeller heads in the top surface of the shot blasting room.According to the form of the bars,it uses the tilting V roller to transport the workpiece,enables the rods and bars to move forward while revolves along the axis,and the cleaning effect is homogeneous which makes the surface of the workpiece to reach the requirement of the shot blasting and intensifying.The entire equipment is compact,the service is convenient,and can be equipped automatic feeding and expulsing equipments according to the user''''s need.
