帶鋼拋丸清理機
帶鋼拋丸機主要應用于退火后后碳素帶鋼或不銹帶鋼的表面除銹及清理氧化皮，亦可使用于退火后碳合金帶鋼的表面除銹及清理氧化皮，是冶金行業及焊接鋼管制造業表面處理的前工序。帶鋼經開卷人工送至夾送裝置上，由用戶提供的動力壓輥機構拉緊穿過拋丸清理室，拋丸機每臺設4 臺拋丸器分別對著帶鋼的上表面和下表面，利用高效懸壁離心式拋丸器將彈丸高速拋射到帶鋼的外表面，使帶鋼在運行過程中將帶鋼表面上的鐵銹、氧化皮及其它污物清除掉, 然后利用毛刷、高壓吹管將工件表面的浮塵吹掃干凈，至收卷。從而達到提高鋼帶的抗腐蝕能力，抗疲勞性能，延長其使用壽命，優化鋼帶的表面工藝狀態。本機既可單機使用，亦可組線使用。
